(Indianapolis, IN)--Every Indiana county in the Whitewater Valley saw a decrease in its unemployment rate when new numbers were released by the state Monday.  That includes Wayne County, which dropped from 4.5 to 4.1%.  Union County has the area’s lowest unemployment rate at 2.8%, while Fayette County has the highest at 4.4%.
