(Wayne County, IN)--The Boys & Girls Club of Wayne County is beginning a search for a new leader.  The organization announced Thursday that Alicia Painter will be stepping down from her role as CEO at the end of November.  In Painter’s four-year tenure, membership at the Boys & Girls Club grew to more than 2000.  That’s about 21% of school-aged kids in Wayne County.  The search for a new leader will be one that’s nationwide.  No reason for Painter’s departure was included in Thursday’s release.
