CITY PRIORITIZES RENTAL REGISTRATION PROGRAM, ADDITIONAL GROCERIES IN UPDATED PLAN
(Richmond, IN)--The city of Richmond on Thursday released a draft of a new comprehensive plan. That plan is a guide for future growth and development. This new, 78-page plan updates a 2019 plan and includes a list of recommendations and priorities. The first strategy is to create a rental registration program to ensure properties are maintained to community standards. The second strategy is to create a plan to attract grocers to neighborhoods lacking grocery stores. The entire report is available through a link on the city’s Facebook page.
