(Richmond, IN)--The exit ramp from westbound I-70 to westbound U.S. 40 reopened over the weekend after having been shut down for several months.  And, with that opening comes a clarification from INDOT.  In a release last week, INDOT said that when the ramp reopened, drivers would be using half of the future roundabouts under construction.  Over the weekend, though, INDOT said that only a slight shift to new pavement would occur and that the new interchanges won’t open in their final configuration for another two years.
