(Richmond, IN)--Jail book-ins over the weekend indicate that no arrests have been made as of Monday morning in connection with Richmond’s latest shooting.  It happened early Saturday morning in the 800 block of North 19^th and began with a call to 911 on the report of a person having difficulty breathing.  When medics arrived, they discovered that the adult male victim had suffered a gunshot wound to the chest.  The victim was taken first to Reid Health and then transferred to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.  That man’s identity and condition as of Monday morning have not been released.  There’s no other information about a possible shooter, but investigators say it is an isolated incident.
