(Richmond, IN)--A man was arrested for the second time in less than a week Thursday on drug charges.  31-year-old Jacob Betz was contacted by police in the 200 block of South 7^th Street in Richmond on Thursday.  Betz was allegedly in possession of meth, cocaine, and drug paraphernalia.  Quantities of drugs recovered were not released.  Last Friday, Betz was jailed for similar charges.
