(Richmond, IN)--At least one person was seriously injured in an incident late Sunday night in Richmond.  According to scanner traffic, police were called to the area of the 1800 block of South West G Street.  Later, officers arrested 34-year-old Marcus Miller at his home on South West 18^th.  Details of exactly what happened have not been released.  Miller was charged with battery with seriously bodily injury and jailed at 11 o’clock Sunday night, but he has already posted bond and was free Monday morning.
