(Camden, OH)--There’s a 26^th birthday celebration going on in Preble County.  It’s for Spike the Chihuahua, who was confirmed as the world’s oldest living dog when he was 22.  Now, four years later and at age 26, Spike is still going strong.  Spike has survived both a coyote and pit bull attack.
