(Richmond, IN)--A woman wanted on multiple charges in Jay County was apprehended in Richmond Tuesday morning.  33-year-old Melissa Buzzard was contacted by officers near 21^st and East Main at around 4 o’clock Tuesday morning.  Buzzard, who has three active warrants, allegedly gave those officers a false name.  Police say she was also in possession of controlled substances.  She’s now being held without bond.
