(Richmond, IN)--Newly obtained court documents detail the arrest of 18-year-old Zion Belcher for criminal recklessness that we told you about yesterday, which included a dangerous person declaration by investigators.  According to court documents, it happened at the Hoosier Pete station at 16^th and East Main in Richmond.  A van approached Belcher’s vehicle and an argument ensued.  Belcher told police that he felt threatened and pulled a handgun in self-defense, firing one shot into the ground.  A review of security video, though, showed Belcher running after the van with the gun pointed at the occupants.  A hearing in the case is set for next week.
