(Richmond, IN)--A man wanted in two counties, including Wayne, was captured in Richmond Monday night.  Officers found 37-year-old Ronald Williams Junior in the 1300 block of South 13^th.  Williams failed to show up in court after being arrested for drug possession last month.  He also failed to show up for sentencing in Tipton County last summer on similar charges.  Williams was being held Tuesday morning without bond.
