(Richmond, IN)--Richmond made a drug arrest early Friday morning.  It was around 1:30 Friday morning when RPD came into contact with 49-year-old Lori Bane in the area of 14^th and East Main.  Bane was allegedly in possession of meth, cocaine or other drugs, and drug paraphernalia.  The quantity of drugs recovered has not been released.  Bane was being held on a $7500 bond.
