(Richmond, IN)--Richmond police made a drug arrest Wednesday morning.  It was around 1 o’clock Wednesday morning when officers encountered 50-year-old Gary Lady in the 2600 block of Southeast Parkway.  Lady was allegedly in possession of an undisclosed quantity of cocaine and controlled substances.  This becomes Lady’s 7^th criminal case in the last five years.  All seven have involved drugs.
