(Richmond, IN)--A man with a long criminal history and a new warrant was picked up late Wednesday night at 13^th and East Main in Richmond after a warrant for his arrest was issued earlier this week.  54-year-old Jason Gibbs is faces charges including criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, intimidation, and resisting.  Other recent criminal cases include burglary, intimidation, and two for meth possession.  Those are all felonies and all have occurred in the last four years.
