(Richmond, IN)--Did you know you can be arrested for reckless driving on a bicycle?  You can.  Just ask Crystal Bowers.  Bowers was allegedly weaving in and out of traffic on her bicycle Monday night and then fled when officers tried to stop her.  The 46-year-old was caught in the 900 block of North 19^th in Richmond.  Bowers was arrested for the same thing just a month ago, and has had seven different criminal cases in the last three years.
