(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond woman with a history of domestic violence is facing a new charge after an incident Tuesday night at her home on Kinsey Street.  Police were called to the home of 40-year-old Deborah Mann at around 9 o’clock Tuesday night.  Details of what led to that call have not been released, but Mann was charged with domestic battery with a deadly weapon.  Last September, she was charged with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon.  In addition to Tuesday night and last September, she has had five other criminal cases involving battery in the last eight years.
