(Richmond, IN)--Plans for the Revive I-70 project in Wayne County include two roundabouts at interchanges.  Construction on one of them, at U.S. 40, is already well underway.  Now, INDOT has released an image of how the other one will look and function.  Construction hasn’t gotten underway at the U.S. 35, or Williamsburg Pike, interchange yet, but it’s coming.  Loop ramps will be removed and there will be a new configuration that INDOT says will eliminate weaving movements from the entrance and exit ramp.
