(Richmond, IN)--Two more buildings transferred to the Wayne County Land Trust Thursday.  Those two buildings are at 720 and 722 East Main Street.  Matthew Keller, who is Richmond’s Director of Public Operations and Engineering, told the Board of Works why that’s being done..."to be properly rehabilitated and put into the hands of some business owners and rent out the apartments that were finalized in 2023 in the upstairs."  The Board gave unanimous approval Thursday for the transfer.
