(Richmond, IN)--A group of juveniles on pit bikes and mopeds led Richmond police on two separate pursuits Thursday.  One of them took place on Chester Boulevard.  That chase ended on Berry Lane.  Three of the four juveniles who were involved in the chases were taken into custody.  The incidents prompted RPD Chief Kyle Weatherly to issue a statement urging parents to take action, saying "we would genuinely rather work with your family than show up at your door with different news."  (Note:  this photo does not depict the specific pit bike ridden in the chase.  It is one that is in the public domain.)
