(Richmond, IN)--The Richmond Police Department will be doing some training Monday that will likely draw the attention of a lot of people.  RPD issued a statement saying that they’ll be conducting joint training at an unspecified location on Richmond’s east side.  The training will include specialized police equipment, officers in tactical equipment, and drones.
