WOMAN SENTENCED FOR PUTTING TEST STUDENTS IN HEADLOCK
(Richmond, IN)--A year and a half ago, 36-year-old Tiffany Stubbs went to Test Intermediate School to confront students after, according to her, her child was coming home from school crying every day. Stubbs put one student in a headlock and grabbed another by the back of the neck, and then threatened to beat up their mothers. On Monday, Stubbs was sentenced to one year with all time suspended. The sentencing was part of a plea deal in which two other counts were dismissed.
