(Richmond, IN)--A 71-year-old Richmond man was booked into the Wayne County Jail Thursday following a trial in Wayne Circuit Court.  Charles Maines had faced charges that include child solicitation and vicarious sexual gratification.  According to court documents, Maines provided a pre-teen girl with sexual materials and then purchased a small camera that he was going to use to make a video of the child.  Online records show no previous convictions for Maines in Wayne County.
