(Preble County, OH)--A New Paris man remained in the Preble County Jail Monday morning following a drug arrest that stemmed from a traffic stop.  According to court documents, 44-year-old Robert Downing Junior was pulled over for speeding on U.S. 40 near Lewisburg.  Inside the vehicle, deputies found 12 grams of meth and drug paraphernalia.  Downing was on probation based on a nearly identical case from three years ago in which even more drugs were located.
