(Eaton, OH)--The man accused of setting a young girl’s chicken coop on fire in Eaton just before the Preble County Fair appeared in court Monday.  Benjamin Heggs faced the judge and pled not guilty.  The judge set Heggs’ bond at $125,000.  No chickens were hurt in the fire.
