(Richmond, IN)--Richmond police officers made a drug arrest Wedneday morning.  At around 2 o’clock Wednesday morning, RPD encountered both 33-year-old Jessica Morefield and 50-year-old Corey Tscharner near the intersection of South West G Street and Hub Etchison Parkway.  Officers recovered undisclosed amounts of methamphetamine, cocaine, and drug paraphernalia.  Both were taken to the Wayne County Jail.
