(Richmond, IN)--A judge found probable cause Tuesday in a case against 23-year-old Caden Parm.  Parm had been arrested earlier Tuesday following an incident at Genesis Apartments at South 23^rd and L Street in Richmond.  Parm is now charged with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon.  Bond was set at $10,000.  An initial hearing has been set for next week.  Details of what led to the charge have not yet been obtained.
