(Richmond, IN)--The Richmond Board of Public Works approved an agreement Thursday between the city and Richmond Community Schools to provide resource officers throughout the school district.  Austin Lipps with RPD said there are a few changes from last school year.  "Most significant was it's for three officers for $300,000 instead of four for $400,000," Lipps said.  The Board on Thursday unanimously approved the contract.
