(Springfield, OH)--A Richmond man is facing serious charges after allegedly breaking into a 90-year-old woman’s apartment in Springfield on Tuesday.  37-year-old Tim Cole allegedly took a vehicle from his father’s dealership in Richmond, drove to Springfield, climbed onto a second-floor balcony, and forcibly entered the woman’s home.  A realtor heard what was happening and called police.  He was found hiding in a bathtub.  Cole then allegedly tried to wrestle a gun from an officer.  He was Tased and taken into custody.
