(Liberty, IN)--Shots were fired outside of a Liberty apartment over the weekend.  Officers responded to the 300 block of Meadow Lane following a report of a disturbance involving a firearm and a battery.  Shots had been fired outside the entrance to the apartment after a separate battery resulting in injury had occurred.  Tyler Beach was charged with criminal recklessness and battery.  Other individuals involved were checked out by medical personnel and released at the scene.
