(Richmond, IN)--Morrisson-Reeves Library issued a timeline Thursday for $4.5 million worth of repairs.  The original assessment of the roughly 50-year-old building called for nearly $19 million in needed repairs.  The approved work will focus on the highest-priority, time-sensitive repairs that will include repairing severe roof leaks, addressing the lack of a fire suppression system, and rebuilding the compromised north wall.  Thursday’s timeline will have bids going out in the spring, work beginning next summer, and a completion in early 2028.
