(Richmond, IN)--Two people were arrested in separate drug incidents in Richmond early Thursday morning, and one of them is a convicted drug dealer.  Brooklyn Bair was arrested at around 1 o’clock Thursday morning near South 11^th and E and charged with possession of cocaine.  A couple of hours before that, officers encountered Jessie Swearingen near North 17^th and C.  He’s now charged with possession of meth.  11 years ago, Swearingen was sentenced to ten years in prison for dealing heroin.  There’s no word yet on quantities of drugs recovered Thursday morning.
