(Richmond, IN)--It’s been well over a year since a lawsuit was filed that alleges Richmond Community School did not do enough to prevent bullying.  Recently, there’s been some movement.  The lawsuit was filed by the parents of a Dennis student who allege that the bullying went on for two years and that they attempted multiple times to meet with school officials to find a solution.  Now, a Wayne County judge has ordered that the two sides try to settle the case through a mediator.  A trial date has also now been pushed back nearly a full year to March of 2028.
