"The officer spoke to the dog's owner who became very angry and demanded to see a receipt for the meat. Arrangements were made for the dog owner to pay the tab that evening'

 

But, a short time later the victim called back to say the dog owner was now calling to harass her, complaining that her cat ate three of his chickens three years ago. The officer called him and advised him to stop the calls and to keep his dog on his own property."
