Demi Lovato & Nick Jonas are touring together this year and they made a stop at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville last night. The two have some pretty strong ties to country music this year. Demi is on Without A Fight with Brad Paisley & Nick Jonas filmed an episode of CMT Crossroads with Thomas Rhett. So it was only natural that the fellas stopped by the show to perform with them.
