He logged onto a website in China where he paid $100 for fake Secret Service ID cards. An officer stopped Chris while he was driving. He flashed his Secret Service badge and told the officer he had just returned from a convention in Cleveland. Cops arrested Chris. He plead guilty to fraudulently using an official seal.
