One man didn't get the memo though becasuse the Menasha, Wisconsin police recently arrested a customer service manager from Walmart after he belly-flopped on the windshield of one of their police cruisers. The Smoking Gun website says Cody Romano had been drinking on New Year's Eve before launching himself onto the police car. The 25 year-old then scuffled with officers before being arrested and taken to jail on disorderly conduct charges.
