From Hold My Drink And Watch This today, State Troopers recently ticketed a man because he was driving with his SUV hood up.

 

Rocky Walsh, of Clermont, Florida, tells WKMG that he videotaped the man as cops chased him. "I saw him looking like an old lady, hovered up there, just looking through a small slit in the hood trying to make his way down Highway 50 for well over a mile, I saw him, when the police were after him. you have to be prepared on the road, you never know what you'll see, but I never thought that would be what we were seeing.''
