Folks are trying to find ways to sleep more comfortably during the summer heat, even going as far as putting their sheets in the freezer!
So, does it work? Well, it depends on who you ask. A couple years ago, The New York Times did a story on how to sleep better, and they recommended freezing your sheets.
However, an expert who calls himself The Sleep Geek says not only is it ineffective, it can make your sheets moist and eventually hotter!
His tips for better sleep in the heat include opening windows, if possible, to allow for better airflow, blocking direct sunlight to keep your bedroom cooler, and take a lukewarm bath or shower before bed to help lower your core temperature.
