Let's call this a minor setback.
My sleep schedule was all haywire this week thanks to some work stuff and a sick dog (the less detail there, the better) and I think that contributed to not only no weight loss this week, but a small gain.
I'm still working on my eating habits - portion control, endless snacking - and I feel like I'm making some progress there. As soon as I get more consistent with the exercise component, I'll have a more positive outlook on the process, regardless of the immediate results.
Starting weight (1/6/21): 260.6 lbs.
This week (1/28/21): 258.0
