A week of no real change is better than a week of weight gain!
I maintained my weight from last week. I'll take that compared to putting pounds back on. Having said that, it is definitely time to get more serious about exercise. That's the thing on my list that I routinely put off, and if I'm going to start seeing results, I need to move exercise higher on the priority list. So that is my goal for next week: at least 3 good workouts by Friday morning.
The stationary bike is calling...
