Okay, okay, I know I skipped a week. That's life, isn't it?
The chaos of snow days, or snow week I guess, caught up with me and I didn't stay on top of my blog, or my eating/exercise habits. Luckily, I haven't paid for it on the scale just yet. In fact, I'm actually down a smidge from my last weigh-in!
Since I clearly still have a long way to go to lock in any sort of good habits or reach any sort of goal, I need to get refocused and get back to putting in the work if I want to eventually see any real results.
Starting weight (1/6/21): 260.6 lbs.
This week (2/23/21): 254.6 lbs
