Hey! Thought I forgot? Well, I kinda did.
This is what happens when you hurt your back and don't do much of anything for a couple weeks. Luckily, I behaved enough to not put weight back on, but obviously I didn't lose much either. All things considered, I'll take that as a win.
Back on the bike this week.
Starting weight (1/6/21): 260.6 lbs.
This week (3/22/21): 252.6 lbs
