A friend of mine who works out religiously recently told me "if you're not losing (weight), you're gaining." Allow me to retort.
If you're not losing weight, you're gaining, or you're maintaining. Making your weight a win/loss issue is one of the worst things you could do, in my opinion.
Did my weight drop this week? No.
Did I gain any weight? Nope.
So on the brightside, it's not a step back. It's like a rest stop on my way to my destination. And since I am getting older, I may have to make more rest stops than I used to.
Starting weight (1/6/21): 260.6 lbs.
This week (4/2/21): 252.6 lbs
