One thing we can say about this story is it's certainly unique!
A man recently bowled a perfect "300" game using a bowling ball containing his father's ashes.
Let me repeat that.
A man recently bowled a perfect "300" game using a bowling ball containing his father's ashes.
John Hinkle was a two-time NCAA bowling champion at Western Illinois University, using a two-handed deliver method. The 39-year-old's father passed away last year, and he decided to put some of his dad's ashes into the unused thumb-hole of his ball.
John told his brother that he would bowl a perfect game with the ball, and on April 12th at Landmark Lanes in Peoria, he did just that.
