I think I'm referring to this week as "preparing for the worst".
I'm not expecting anything terrible to happen. I just know I didn't eat so well this week, and fell back into a couple bad habits (soda, late night eating, etc.), so I may be down a pound or so this week, but I better step up the exercise this weekend to balance things out.
Especially since I'm drinking a Coke as I type this.
Starting weight (1/6/21): 260.6 lbs.
This week (4/23/21): 250.7 lbs
