The website SleepJunkie.com wants to see if the theory about late-night cheese eating causing nightmares is legit, and they're looking for volunteers. 


For three months, you would eat different types of cheese before bed, then track your sleep, and keep a journal of your experience. 


Not fun if you hate "homework", but the cheese is free, and they'll pay you $1,000! So if you're at least 21, have a fitness tracker or smartwatch that can track your sleep, and can sleep alone for three months, apply by February 10th.
