Jiminy! Crickets Could be the Next "Healthy Gut" Food!

The next food that could improve your gut health isn't a probiotic yogurt. Think natural. Or rather, think nature.

 

Research from Colorado State University points to eating bugs as a great way improve the amount of healthy bacteria in human stomachs. Apparently, 25 grams of cricket powder consumed daily proved to be beneficial. Yummy.

 

Makes you wonder, though: would you get cricket powder from a grocery store or a pet supply store???
