Your pets may want to be by your side at all times, but don't let them follow you into the bathroom!

 

A vet says that there are lots of dangers for your pets in the bathroom, specifically cleaning chemicals and the toilet bowl itself. The vet suggests you always keep the toilet bowl lid down, as the water in the bowl isn't clean enough to drink. She also recommends keeping cleaning supplies out of reach of your pets, and whenever possible, use non-toxic and/or pet-friendly products instead.
