In addition to these Official Rules, this Promotion is also subject to the BREWER BROADCASTING Official Rules for All Contests which are either incorporated herein by reference on station website.

    PLEASE NOTE: Failure of winner or winner/guest to complete the proper paperwork and pay taxes (if applicable) will void prize without any further prize consideration.

18. PROXY ALLOWER AT PRIZE GIVEAWAY? YES 
    Finalist or their proxy must be on-site at the time of the drawing or final event. If you must send a proxy to this event, the following steps must be taken to have a proxy in your place. Failure to follow this will void the person from acting as proxy. See below for proxy information. 

1. Finalist must put in writing the full name of the person that will represent them at the final event, including the phone number of the proxy. (written or email to promotions@kicks96.com) 

2. Notice must be received by WQLK no later than 10am Wednesday, 10/11/2023 

3. As with any finalist, proxy must provide a photo ID at event. 

4. Official possession of prize can only be done by the original finalist, not the proxy. 
    

19. The winner will be required to show Photo ID before completing the winner's paperwork and accepting the Grand Prize. This will be done at the final event or at a pre-determined date and time at WQLK-FM, 2626 Tingler Road, Richmond, IN 47374. Appointments will be set during standard business hours. 

20. Sales Tax paid for by WAYNE BANK. 

21. The Grand Prize will be awarded after completion of all legal paperwork with Brewer Broadcasting /WQLK-FM and fees paid, as described above. PLEASE NOTE: Failure of winner or winner/guest to complete the proper paperwork and pay fees, noted above, will void prize without any further prize consideration. 

22. The prize is non-transferrable before acceptance of prize.  

23. The winner will receive 1099 in the approximate amount of $_________, the value of this grand prize.

ADDENDUM A - HOW TO ENTER 

PLEASE NOTE YOU CAN ONLY ENTER THIS CONTEST AS A FINALIST ONE TIME PER FAMILY PER HOUSEHOLD. 

1. On-air by listening to WQLK-FM weekdays, 09/11/23 to 09/20/23, Listen at 7:20am for the DRIVEAWAY, daily KEYWORD, and the designated hour that caller 6 will be taken to tell back the keyword. At designated time, Callahan will ask for the 6th caller on the Station contest line at 765-966-6465. The 6th caller will become a Qualifier and be eligible to win the Grand Prize (“Qualifier”), upon confirmation of eligibility. At the time of entrant’s call, entrant will be required to provide all information requested including entrant’s full name, complete address (including zip code), day and evening phone numbers and date of birth in order to be eligible to win. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. In the event that the selected caller is disconnected or is found to be ineligible, the next eligible caller who successfully makes it through on the call-in line and completes the call will be a Qualifier. There is no limit to the number of times a listener may attempt to call in to qualify, but a listener may be a Qualifier only once. There will be a total of 8 qualifiers selected on-air during the Entry Period of 06/15 through 06/24. 
    

2. Registration at specific DRIVEAWAY Onsite Remote Broadcasts, which will be listed on AIR at 96.1 WQLK and KICKS96.com contest webpage from 09/11/23 – 10/14/23.  

3. Registration online during specific DRIVE AWAY Cyber Remote Broadcasts, which will be listed on KICKS96.com contest webpage any time from 09/11/23 – 10/14/23.  

ADDENDUM B - METHOD OF SELECTION OF GRAND PRIZE WINNER 

• All qualifiers will be invited to the grand prize giveaway event. Emails will be sent to finalists the week of October 9th with location information, contest start time, and a reminder of the contest rules. Finalist check-in begins at 9:00AM and ends at 9:30AM EST SHARP on Saturday, October 14, 2023. No Exceptions. 

• Through various methods all qualifiers will take part in procedures with one person winning the Grand Prize. Please note qualifiers should wear appropriate clothes to be outdoors for a period of time. Additional details will be sent to all qualifiers prior to the event (week of October 9) 

PLEASE NOTE: Winner will be required to show Photo ID before completing winner paperwork and accepting the Grand Prize. This will be done at the final event or at a pre-determined date and time at

The winner will be responsible for taxes, registration, licensing fees, applicable insurance, and any future mechanical costs. Decision of the judges is final.
