Kelsea Ballerini's Bus Gets A 'Facelift' During New Season Of Netflix Show

Kelsea Ballerini's tour bus recently got what she calls a "facelift" by the ladies of the Home Edit, Clea Shearer and Joanna Teplin, who are the stars of Netflix's Get Organized With the Home Edit. The update is featured on the current second season of the show, which is streaming now on Netflix.

Kelsea told Music Mayhem, “Me and the Home Edit ladies, we go way back. I love them dearly, they’re both so wildly talented. Me and my husband bought a house and they came over and helped me do my closet and helped me get the kitchen together and just kind of help start that new chapter which was so lovely. The girls have actually done my bus before, years ago. So this is, like, the facelift for the bus."

Kane Brown And Daughter Dance To Kane's Next Single

Kane Brown has shared a snippet of his upcoming single, called “Like I Love Country Music,” via a video posted to social media on Tuesday (April 18th) where he's dancing in his kitchen with his two-year-old daughter, Kingsley! The song has a 90's country sound, so both Kane and Kingsley are sporting cowboy hats.

He captioned the video writing,

“3 things! 1: This will be the new radio single (like I love country music) 2: thank you, @brooksanddunn 3: this little girl is too damn cute”

While Ronnie Dunn's vocals can be heard in the clip singing "I'm a brand new man," the details of whether this is an actual collaboration with Ronnie has not been revealed. If so, this won't be the first time the two acts have paired up. You may recall that Kane joined Brooks & Dunn on their 2019 Reboot album on the track “Believe.”

Keith Urban Feels 'Lucky' That Addictions, Sobriety 'Hasn't Defined Creativity'

Keith Urban says he's “lucky” that his music and creativity remain unaffected by his sobriety now 15 years later. He told the Sunday Times, “I’m glad it didn’t change anything about my music. I wrote plenty of hit songs while drunk. I wrote plenty sober. I feel lucky it hasn’t defined my creativity.”

Keith entered rehab for the second time in his life while newly married to Nicole Kidman at her insistence during an intervention.

He ultimately realized he "had to find a different way to be in the world," explaining, "I just realized I’m allergic to (substances). Someone said, ‘You have an allergy? What happens when you drink?’ And I said, ‘I break out in cuffs.'"

Keith credits Nicole with helping him turn his life around. He said, "I was spiritually awoken with her. I use the expression ‘I was born into her,’ and that’s how I feel. And for the first time in my life, I could shake off the shackles of addiction.”

Maren Morris Considers Children's Album, Book

Maren Morris is considering expanding her body of work to include a few projects inspired by her toddler son, Hayes:

"I've sort of floated the idea of writing a children's book or doing a children's album just because there's so much really awful children's music that I've had to hear as a mother that I would love to (laughs) make some for myself just to be able to listen to, but also, I've read to y son since he was born and it's just our favorite thing to do, so, yeah, I would love to maybe write a children's book someday."

Marren shared a heartwarming Instagram post featuring her son this past weekend, mentioning her inspiration for her song Hummingbird:

"hummingbird, now your heart beats in me.

I wrote “Hummingbird” on the day I found out I was pregnant with Hayes. By the time we were recording, he was talking so I got to record his sweet voice to add to the top of the track."

Kane said, “I took time with this album and I love every song on the album. My wife says it’s her favorite album I’ve ever done."

The new album will be the follow-up to Kane's 2020 release, Mixtape Vol. 1.

Luke Combs & Wife 'In Talks' About Baby Names

Luke Combs and his wife, Nicole, have whittled name choices for their baby boy down to a "shortlist" but they aren't sharing any of them. The couple is expecting their first child this spring, and according to People.com, Luke recently told Audacy's Rob + Holly, "(The name) is tight-lipped, but we are in talks . . . There's a theme. I'm good."

Luke has big plans for raising his son, saying, "I would teach him to sing, teach him how to eat a cheeseburger, (and) I could afford a good coach. I have been pawning the takeover of the Nashville little league in the next five years – finding the best kids,  building this unstoppable little league team."

So far, Luke and Nicole have not announced the baby's due date.

Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean, Cody Johnson Win Big At CMT Music Awards

The CMT Music Awards were held live from Nashville on Monday (April 11th) night, airing on CBS for the first time ever. The evening's big winners were Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean and Cody Johnson, who each took home two belt buckle trophies.

Keith Urban kicked off the night with his song “Wild Hearts,” followed by Cole Swindell and Lainey Wilson performing a dramatic “Never Say Never” in the rain.

Kelsea Ballerini co-hosted the event virtually from home due to a COVID-19 diagnosis, while Anthony Mackie joked that they found a “backup KB” to co-host, as Kane Brown joined him onstage throughout the night.

Despite being nominated for four CMT awards, Kane didn’t end up taking home any buckles this year.

Carrie Underwood had already won the most CMT awards ever before last night — and she took home two more with Jason Aldean for “If I Didn’t Love You,” including Video of the Year. Jason said that this is the first Video of the Year award he’s won in his 17-year-long career.

Cody Johnson's two CMT awards were for Male Video of the Year for “’Til You Can’t" and CMT Digital-First Performance of the Year for "Dear Rodeo" (from CMT Campfire Sessions).

Miranda Lambert was the lucky winner for Female Video of the Year for “If I Was a Cowboy,” which she performed live later in the show.

Carrie Underwood wowed the audience with her aerial silks skills while singing “Ghost Story,” and The Judds performed for the first time at an awards show in over 20 years, singing a momentous version of “Love Can Build a Bridge” with the help of a gospel choir.

Jason Aldean and Bryan Adams revived their 2009 CMT Crossroads rendition of “Heaven.” Jimmie AllenMonica, and Little Big Town also brought heaven to the stage visually with “Pray”—as the performers were all dressed in white with cloud-like fog at their feet.

Co-host Kelsea Ballerini took work-from-home to a whole new level, performing her new song “Heartfirst” from her backyard.

BREAKING NEWS: Kelsea Ballerini Tests Positive For Covid, Will Co-Host CMT From Home

Kelsea Ballerini has tested positive for COVID-19 and will be forced to handle her CMT Music Awards co-hosting duties tonight ((Monday, April 11th) from her Nashville area home. She shared the news on social media earlier today with a video message saying that while "devastated" to not be able to attend in person, she plans to "make some lemonade together out of these very bitter lemons."

Kane Brown will now handle co-hosting duties at the CMT Awards alongside previously announced host actor Anthony Mackie.

Kane heads into tonight's show as the most-nominated artist with four including Male Video of the Year, CMT performance of the Year and the night's biggest award, Video of the Year.

The fan-voted CMT Music Awards will air live from Nashville on CBS beginning at 8 p.m. ET.

Kenny Chesney To Close Out CMT Awards With Live Performance

Kenny Chesney will close out tonight's (Monday, April 11th) CMT Music Awards with a performance of his hit "Beers in Mexico." The last-minute addition comes at Kenny's request, as he told People.com that he reached out to show organizers just last week during his own rehearsals for his upcoming tour. This is Kenny's first performance on the CMT Awards in seven years!

Via a statement late last week, Kenny said, "When I realized the CMT Music Awards were happening next week, I asked if they could find space for us to debut this band, to play one of those songs that defined what we do live all those years ago — and they said, 'C'mon.'"

Kenny's Here And Now 2022 tour kicks off on April 23rd at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL with special guests Dan + Shay, Old Dominion and Carly Pearce.

His duet with Kelsea Ballerini, "Half of my Hometown," is nominated for Video of the Year and Collaborative Video of the Year at the CMT Awards, which airs live from Nashville beginning at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.

Lee Brice To Honor Farmers on Upcoming Tour

Lee Brice and agricultural and farm equipment manufacturer Case IH will celebrate farmers this summer with Lee's new song simply called “Farmer.” It was written as part of Case IH’s Built by Farmers initiative, which connects the company’s employees, dealers and their families rooted in agriculture with the farmers who use Case IH equipment and technology.

Lee said, “I wrote ‘Farmer’ to honor the families and individuals who are up before sunrise, doing the backbreaking work it takes to provide food and resources for homes all across America. My goal was to spotlight one of the world’s oldest and most noble professions — a backbone that all of us rely on.”

"Farmer" debuted at the 2021 Farm Progress Show Concert in Decatur, Illinois.
